The Kosova Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Local Government Administration, Hon. Lutfi Haziri, sends an official letter to TLU through which he thanks TLU for being the host and granting university of the Education for Peace Scholarships to talented Kosovar students.  Click here to see the letter.
