After two years of graduate studies at the prestigious John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University , where he was a Kennedy Fellow, F. Tony Bislimi, earned his rigorous Master's in Public Administration and International Development in June 2007.

His classmates honored Bislimi twice – when they elected him MPAID 07 Class Marshal and when he was presented with the informal “Most Likely to Become President of his Country” award during the MPAID Class graduation event.

Even during his graduate studies at Harvard, Tony never gave up working for The Bislimi Group Foundation and its Education for Peace Scholarship Program and continued to be a good representative of Kosova at Harvard.
